To be eligible for membership a person should fall into one of the following categories:

       1. professional or business person who practices his/her profession
       2. a person who owns his/her own business
       3. a manager or other executive in a commercial, industrial or professional organization
       4. a person who has retired from one of the above activities.

and must be accepted by the Committee as being a fit and proper person to join the Association.
